Returns & Refunds
The online shop of Technopartner wants to ensure maximum satisfaction during the purchase. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their order and the products delivered qualitatively found to not comply with the requirements, the customer can return the purchased product within 14 days of delivery. The return right can be exercised only dall’acquisitore. Customer will refund the amount of the returned goods excluding shipping costs incurred for the Reso.

Returns can be shipped only from the country in which you placed the order.
We will be refunded or exchanged only articles made according to instructions. If the returned material did not meet the conditions listed below, the parcel will be rejected and returned to the sender.

The box is part of the product and must arrive intact in its entirety. Damaged boxes will not be accepted like the returned merchandise.

After receiving the return, our warehouse will carry out all the necessary controls to verify that the procedure and conditions for return are met. The customer will then receive a confirmation e-mail of acceptance and reimbursement or replacement of the product.
From the moment Technopartner authorizes made products will be delivered to the carrier no later than 14 working days.
Our bank will credit your credit card, PayPal or bank transfer on current account, the full amount of the returned goods (excluding shipping charges) within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the package arrives at the headquarters of Technopartner Srl – Via Company, 44/46 – 24041 BREMBATE BG.

If the order was paid by credit card or PayPal, you will be reimbursed on the original transaction and then on behalf of the person making the payment. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund to a different account.

Credit card: our bank will refund within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise. The time required to display the refund occurred can vary and depend on the Institute that issued the card.

Paypal: the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise personal account of the Customer.

Bank transfer: the bank will refund within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise to the bank account of the customer who made the payment.


Technopartner We reserve the right to refuse refunds communicated or sent after the set time, or for products that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
